In this project a hybrid library is a center of the cultural community attraction, the public space for meetings, communication and information exchange. The library structure is the most flexible and dynamic. The bulk cuts into the quarter, perforates it, creating a great number of open courtyards. A common thread running through this project is the theme of combining old and new. This is reflected in the interaction, both technologies and architecture.
