'Stitch' concept was developed for the local manufacturer who is specializing on metal processing. The expressive image of the coffee table is provided by the subtle overlapping of two groups of massive metal sheets. While incorporating two table tops extends the storage space of the table, wheels are letting the table move smoothly and effortlessly. The circular construction which carries the upper table top is made of pipe, which makes more comfortable to grasp and push the table. Two basic modifications are developed within the concept: - option #1 with powder coated metal construction (uniform colour) and wooden table tops - option #2 with powder coated metal construction (two contrast colours) and laminated MDF table tops Height - 500mm, Diameter - 800mm
