Time Machine
C-I-2-2   International Commercial Television & Radio Company ICTV

The entertainment show “The Time Machine” refers to all the best things of the past: movies, songs, dances, stars. The Time Machine carries us through time together with the audience, hosts and experts: it takes us to the XX century - the 60s, 70s, 80s of post-Soviet space, to remember all the good things that happened to us. The design of this television program is based on a real mechanism capable of carrying a person through ages. There are no three-dimensional graphics! The cylinders of typewriters, parts of mechanical arithmometers, vacuum tubes, machinery and gears of vintage watches, and ... 3 months of painstaking work, 33 servo motors, 3 gear motors, 8 microprocessors, a lot of support equipment and miles of program code made it possible to create a real time machine in steampunk style, which is increasingly used in graphics, illustration, sculpture and design. “Vintage” cars, locomotives, telephones - are realities of steampank style. “Vintage” entourage, airships, and mechanical robots are included in the science-fiction literature of the XIX century: the works of Jules Verne, H.G. Wells, Mark Twain. This is fantastic vintage science fiction (Futurism). You turn the key - and mechanisms come alive; everything moves, rotates, steams, the lamps flash on, the counters count the years... At the end of the mechanical performance the disparate characters take shape of metallic logo, proclaiming the start of a fantastic time travel. The show begins.
