Forward Bank is a commercial bank whose main focus has been on servicing private clients for over 13 years. Forward Bank pays special attention to consumer lending segments, card products and deposit offers. KOKO card is a series of Forward Bank card products. At the heart of the creative concept is simplicity, accessibility and productivity. This is the essence of Forward Bank products. That is why the chicken was chosen as a symbol. The chicken got original naming, visual identity inspired by Bauhaus, unusual packaging, promotional materials, a website, an Instagram account and even own KOKO-language. The planned number of applications for the product was exceeded by 162%, and the cost of attracting 1 potential client who shared his personal data for a credit card was 60% lower than the plan.
