This is the website for the social project #smthwentwrong, dedicated to the civic literacy of teens in Ukraine. We had to explain the teens that they have rights and these rights must be upheld, but without making them bored. We decided to put a teen in a position of an expert who helps other kids out when their rights are violated. We created #smthwentwrong, a chatbot quest in messengers where players got messages from the characters in need. On the website, we explained the problem of the civic literacy and offered the teens to help the characters via texting that imitated the further communication in the messengers.
