PowerBuilding is an American startup founded by two friends: Brian and Gary. They set an ambitious goal — to create a mobile application that will answer all sorts of questions to young athletes engaged in power training and who want to build muscle. And we loved this idea from the first sight! The task was to create an app covering three main categories: training, health, and nutrition. Just think about it! Usually, people have to use three different applications to track calories, check the quality of sleep and manage workouts, but PowerBuilding should have been better than that. Based on the insights we got from interviewing potential users, we created that app. Now PowerBuilding contains all the daily routines with a training plan, a daily meal plan, medications intake recommendations, and health points, which help gain power first and build muscles next. It contains a training program and scientific data. Hence, no wonder that the idea of a scientific lab compared to the secret superhero lab (the one which turned Steve Rogers into Captain America) became the essence of our visual design. That’s right - our app is a pocket lab for superheroes with a secret weapon inside — their lifestyle data and answers to all the essential questions.
