iThinkLogistics is one of the most popular logistics platforms in India that covers more than 26,000 PIN code areas of the country. The services are provided by skilled and qualified professionals, who do extensive analysis and market research. Their zeal to excel resulted in fast and effective shipments across the whole country. iThinkLogistics developed and patented a lot of unique logistics tools, incl. AI-driven NDR to reduce parcels returned to senders, streamlined communication with stakeholders, etc. However, the company experienced poor organic traffic, being ranked way too low in search engine results. Pesky subscription management, lack of UVP details, generic information on the website and other problems were the reasons why company was outrun by its competitors. We created User journey map to visualise how customers interact with the product over the time and across multiple channels. This helped us to identify the core issues and figure out all possible solutions. Given the aforementioned issues, we decided to draw customers' attention to the website with non-standard design solutions and unique graphics we created ourselves. For example, the geolocation dot mark seen through the pages and illustrations looks simple and familiar, yet it's a very thoughtful element. Every feature has a dedicated page – working with client proactively, we vetted the most important aspects of working with the product and compiled them into well-structured layout.
