We made the logotype and the identity redesign for the DIM Group, the developing holding that is building, selling and servicing residential and commercial real estate. We created the sign, that consists of three lower case letters, which represents the skyline of the city. A blank square symbolizes an area of an apartment and m2. The sign is composed of simple basic shapes that create the main identity elements. From this minimalistic constructions we can make different graphic variations as builders and engineers.
