Pavilion «Future Store 2020» is designed for Modern Expo company to participate on Euroshop 2020 in Dusseldorf. It is a synthetic project that include architecture and exposition design. «Future Store 2020» is multimedia exhibition where the phenomenon of retail and its impact on society, culture, architecture, history is highlighted. This exhibition is a multidisciplinary research project. We explore the development of retail spaces, behavior and the needs of consumers and think about what will happen in the future. The exposition is divided into three chapters - Eternal Garden, Machine`s Symphony and New Ecosystems which highlights the key points of historical development of retail and assume the future scenarios. General exhibition narrative is built on a chronological principle. The structure of the pavilion consist of open entrance zone, exposition, restaurant (negotiation area), and technical block. Entrance zone is open to everybody and looks like public square. Here there is big bench for sitting and enjoying video or waiting for a business meeting. The exposition is located around the perimeter of the pavilion. Beside the equipment demonstration itself we tell the story about the historical development of retail and suppose what role Modern Expo company can play in the retail of future and what can they contribute into world retail ecosystem.
