Chernyi is a coffee bar that combines a coffee place and a bar with alcohol. It’s located in the center of Kharkiv. Area 100 m2, 52 seats. Our goal was to create a dark interior, which will attract guests, like moths, who seek the light. In terms of spatial language, we decided not to use open black. Textures, light, and shadows are the sources of shades for the black.
